Since I’ve been working like a maniac all year long, I decided to finally reward myself by picking up a TV for my new apartment.
Truth be told: I’m almost 43 and this is the first television I’ve ever purchased. (When I was a kid, someone told me that a man should invest the bulk of his money into his book collection, and that stuck with me.)
But since theaters are on their last legs, I decided to set one up in my living room and couldn’t be happier with it (an LG OLED coupled with a Dolby Atmos surround system – highly recommended).
And while looking for something to watch on Amazon Prime last night, I stumbled across the only Bond movie I’ve never seen.
Connery was always my favorite, so I never had a desire to see Lazenby in the role. But I figured he couldn’t be much worse than Dalton, so I gave him a shot and was pleasantly surprised.
While slow in some parts, “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service” was pretty darn entertaining, and I was shocked to discover that Blofeld is a master hypnotist. (How did I not know about this???)
There’s much to like in this one.
First off, since the film came out in the late 60’s, you’ll find some glorious scenes that would never make the cut today, like when a dad tells his daughter to “obey your husband, always, in all things.” (The good ol’ days are long gone and ain’t never coming back.)
And how about when the same father knocks his daughter out with a surprise punch to face because she refused to get in a helicopter? (Was this once considered “effective parenting?” Sweet baby Jesus.)
And as much as I loved the way Blofeld used sneaky hypnosis tactics to control a roomful of Playboy models (who he lovingly referred to as his “Angels of Death”), the best scene of all was the first interaction between Bond and Draco (the daddy of the chick with daddy issues).
For starters, Draco states that his daughter is so crazy and out of control that banging Bond “is a kind of therapy for her.” (I lol’d.)
After that, he delivers some of the best seduction advice to ever appear on the big screen.
When Bond suggests that the girl needs a psychiatrist, Draco replies:
“No! She needs a man to DOMINATE her… to make love to her enough to make her love him.”
A movie about male dominance, hypnosis, and sexing out-of-control females into submission? I smashed that like button HARD.
(Sounds a leetil beet like that Mindvana stuff, doesn’t it?)
But not everything was sunny across the pond. Allow me to lodge a complaint about everyone’s favorite lady killer…
My biggest gripe is that the character is seen as a model for masculinity and how men should behave around women.
And while there are certainly some things you can learn from these flicks, if you aspire to crush it with the ladies like Mr. Connery, you need to realize that acting reserved and aloof DOES NOT WORK in the real world.
In other words, the odds of this behavior making women attracted and intrigued enough to approach YOU is near ZERO percent.
One thing you SHOULD emulate, however, is the way Bond will approach the hottest girl in the room and chat her up like it’s completely normal.
This sense of ENTITLEMENT and absolute certainty is extremely attractive to women (especially the mega-hotties).
And if you want to learn how to cultivate this ability yourself, so you can approach any woman, in any situation, and know exactly what to say and do to captivate her attention…
…then you might want to check out the missing batch of “Seduction Mastery Videos” that come bundled with the new Mindvana bonus pack.
I dare say this material will make you BETTER THAN BOND when it comes to approaching and attracting women, but only if you get out there in the real world and diligently apply what you learn.
But it won’t be easy.
Becoming good at this game is far more challenging than becoming an expert hypnotist. But it’s one of the most exciting games you could ever play and much more fun than sitting at a baccarat table all night.
So if you’re serious about playing to win, you can learn how right here…
P.S. The sale ends tomorrow at midnight est. And I won’t be letting any stragglers sneak across the finish line.
P.P.S. Blofeld’s harem of hypnotic hotties was incredibly inspiring. I think it might be time to dust off the ol’ casting couch and start curating another batch of Mindvana angels.
Ciao for now…
